Leaked Phots & Clips - Jaime, Margaery & Tommen

Author: Anonymous / Labels: , , , , ,

YESSSS

Leaked photos and footage of what's going to go DOWN in King's Landing, especially with Margaery, the Faith Militant and Jaime!!!

I love the folks over at Watchers on the Wall, because they get all the awesome information ahead of time. And I love them all the more for it.

Check out Daddy Tyrell's feather plume. It's so fabulous! News like this makes me happy because it's September, Winter is Coming and the days are passing by. Not that I'm wishing time away or anything like that, but I can handle Season Six being less than 7 months away.

This footage and seeing Jaime.....OMG does this mean what I think it does?!

And is Grandma Olenna coming back to lay the smack down on that evil witch, Cersei? OH I SURE HOPE SOOOO!!!

Littlefinger & Lysa: A Match Made in...

Hell.

Those two are just so evil, and they totally deserve each other! Fans finally find out just exactly who murdered poor Jon Arryn.....his darling, devoted wife, Lysa Arryn. And how she basically started the lies and the machine that created hostilities between House Stark and Lannister.

Can we say 'green eyed monster?' Not for a second did I believe anything that came out of her mouth when she was speaking to Sansa, who will be going by Alayne. How convenient that Lysa and Petyr are together now, and we find out that long ago, they had been intimate with each other. Except that Lysa is a poor substitute for Catelyn and (ew) Sansa. And HOW creepy was it to watch Lysa flip out on Sansa?! Jealous, much? Controlling and insecure, hmm that sounds like the Lady of the Vale. Although, I have to say that I am finally starting to warm up to Sansa. She is learning the value of deception. If she can continue to lie and put on one heck of a performance, then perhaps she will start to develop a love of intrigue. And get good at it.

And how about Cersei, sucking up to Margaery, Tywin and....Oberyn (!). It doesn't take much to realize why....because she wants Tyrion dead and also because (gasp!) House Lannister NEEDS House Tyrell on their side. Something about the Iron Bank of Braavos. I wouldn't want to be in debt to them, that's for sure.

They sound pretty omninous.

Dany staying behind makes sense, as she needs to rule those she means to liberate and show that she can and will develop good leadership and diplomatic skills. You have to wonder how it is that the folks in King's Landing are made aware of her every move....hm, perhaps there is a spy in her midst?

Hopefully Tommen and Margaery get married REAL soon. As for Arya, loved the water dance sequence but totally disliked the Hound for smacking her. I have a feeling that the next batch of episodes are going to get really interesting....

Oath Keeper!

Well, while I enjoyed some aspects of last night's episode....I was rather confused.

As in, I went back to my book to see if I had forgotten any minor plots.

Nope, it looks like I didn't. So, last night's episode had a lot of changes. To be honest, I didn't mind some of them (the scene between Margaery and Olenna really cracked me up, I howled with laughter). I loved the Bronn, Jaime and Tyrion scenes.

Again, some of the other changes....well, I don't know why they were made. I'm guessing for the time constraints and having to shave off a lot of material.

I am STILL waiting for something major to happen....hinting at a female character.

I get that change can be a good thing. But, what if some of these changes confuse book readers?!

On that note, I am totally looking forward to next week's episode.

REALLY hoping that Margaery wipes that smug look off Cersei's face!

Heard a Rumour...

Apparently, the actor who played Tommen Baratheon has been replaced with the actor who played Martin Lannister in Season III.

According to Winter is Coming, that is the buzz on the street. I guess this change is needed, because after all, we know that certain events may be taking place in Season IV and I guess, in all honesty, Tommen has to look as though he has gotten a little bit older. My guess is that he was about 6 or 7 when the first season started. He has to look a little bit older for the coming events.

227 days to go!

"L" is for Lannisters

My favourite family from Westeros....NOT! The ONLY exception is Tyrion. He walks with a swagger, is extremely intelligent and cunning. I like how he sees through everyone else's lies and deceit.

The rest of his family are abhorrent.

Let's start with his older siblings, shall we? What can we say about a pair of fraternal twins who commit incest? Nothing pleasant, that's for sure! Cersei Lannister was the first twin born to Joanna and Tywin Lannister of Casterly Rock. Jaime was born second. Both blond, cherubic and healthy, they grew up looking almost identical. The twins were educated very differently, much to Cersei's chagrin. She was taught all the finer points that befits a young lady of her station: court etiquette, needlework, dancing, poetry, household management and the history of all the Houses in Westeros.

Jaime Lannister was trained by the Casterly Rock men at arms to use swords, shields, axes, lances and how to properly ride horses into battle and for transportation. After all, he was a man and expected to serve his family through politics or combat.

Growing up, the twins began to have a sick, sordid relationship, with each other.  This relationship was carefully guarded and ultimately produced three children, whom Cersei let her late husband think he was the father. Readers of the books and audience members who've watched the series all thought how absolutely disgusting the two of them were for carrying on in such a depraved manner.

Cersei is angry and resentful for being born a female and being made to marry and serve her family like chattel. Jaime is arrogant and condescending, because he is so skilled as a member of the King's guard.

Tyrion is the one everyone likes best. Why? He has survived heartache and ridicule by many, including his own family members. He has used the fact that he is a dwarf to build up his strengths and cultivate a memorable persona. He reads and writes. He is shrewd, intelligent and is very capable of having intelligent conversations about anything. He has empathy for those less fortunate then himself, a rare quality that his siblings and father do not possess. He is a total ladies man. We all love him for it, too!

Then there is daddy. Tywin Lannister does not take bull from anyone. The man stands well over 6'5 and carries himself regally. This is a man with a stern military background. His has been very successful in all of his campaigns. He is also very wealthy and understands court politics and financial policies very well. He has a keen mind and sharp, cutting wit. Tywin Lannister is not the kind of man you want to trifle with. Ever.

There are other Lannisters that we've been introduced to, namely Kevan Lannister and Lancel Lannister. Kevan is Tywin's younger brother. He serves on his brother's war council and gives prudent and thoughtful advice. He is smart enough to know that Tywin holds all the power and that it is best to serve a man who is in power and maintains control of that power.  Lancel Lannister is cousin to Cersei, Jaime and Tyrion. Lancel seems like a little whiner, a backstabbing man who will do anything to elevate his social position. I think we all enjoyed seeing Tyrion mess with his head during the second season. I know I enjoyed their scenes together. Nothing like Tyrion putting a member of his own family in their place! Rightfully so!!

Now, I would also like to include Joffrey, Myrcella and Tommen. Joffrey is an outright psycho. His immature and power hungry behaviour speaks for itself. If only Tommen, the youngest boy, had been born first. Tommen has a very sweet and loving disposition. Totally opposite of what a Lannister is like. Myrcella is a sweet natured teenage girl. It's hard to believe that those two younger siblings have Cersei Lannister as their mother. She is a monster.

I wouldn't expect to see Cersei up for 'Mother of the Year' award anytime soon. As for Joffrey...is there anyone else out there who is waiting and counting that days to see what goes down in Season III next year?! I am!!
